Who the controller is

The data controller is COMPLETE DEVELOPMENTS SRL, which owns the Locuim brand (company details above).

What we collect

When you send the contact form:

• your full name, email address and phone number, with the country code;
• what you are interested in (a viewing or the premium finishes) and your message, if you write one;
• your consent to be contacted;
• the page language and the date and time of sending;
• a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, not the IP address itself, and browser information (for example the type of browser and device).

If the form refuses a message (for example because the phone number is not valid), we keep what you typed and the reason, so we can still get in touch and improve the form.

When you use the chat assistant on the site, we keep the conversation (your messages and the assistant's replies), the page language, the date and time, a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of your IP address and browser information. If you give the assistant your name, phone number and preferred day for a viewing, we save them like a message sent through the form and they are emailed to us.

If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we use the details you give us only to answer you.

Why we use it

• to answer you (through the form, email, phone or the chat), arrange a viewing and send you the information you asked for about the houses, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR);
• to protect the form from spam and abuse (the anti-spam check, limiting the number of messages, keeping refused messages), based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not give it to other companies for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep the form data, including refused messages, for at most 24 months from our last contact with you, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

We keep chat conversations for at most 12 months, and then delete them. A name, phone number and preferred day given in the chat for a viewing are kept like form data, for at most 24 months from our last contact with you.

Technical records used only to limit the number of messages are deleted automatically after a short time.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase: the database where messages are saved (servers in the European Union);
• Resend: emails us the message received through the form or the chat (European Union region);
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the anti-spam check on the form and in the chat; Cloudflare receives technical data about the connection and browser to tell people from bots.
• Anthropic: generates the chat assistant's replies (the Claude model); it receives the text of the conversation, without your IP address. Anthropic is a company based in the USA.

These providers process the data only on our instructions.

Map and videos

• Google Maps: the map in the Location section loads when you reach it. Google then receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
• YouTube: the house videos and 360° tours load only after you tap them, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). On phones and tablets the 360° tour opens in the YouTube app. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Anthropic, Cloudflare, Google, Resend, Supabase) are companies based outside the European Union. If data leaves the European Economic Area, it does so only with the safeguards the GDPR requires, for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right:

• to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• to have it corrected;
• to have it deleted;
• to restrict its processing;
• to receive it in a format that is easy to pass on (portability);
• to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing done until then.

You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Security

Messages are saved in a database that cannot be read from the website; only we have access to them. The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here, with the date of the update.
